Deals as small as $1-$10 million in sales, on upwards from $100-$500 million, to $2 Billion in sales are sourced and identified by our company.

We work on retainer and receive Modified Lehman Formula contingency fees on closed transactions. Our fees are frequently invested in the deal with our clients. We welcome the opportunity of doing add-on acquisitions for these new platform companies going forward.

Add-On Searches

Another one of our strengths is doing add-on and product line acquisition searches for private equity group portfolio companies.
